1. Acceptance of these terms

By using laxmi.moneyfolio.in (the “Site”) or joining the Laxmi early-access programme, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site. These terms are between you andMoneyfolio (“we”, “us”).

2. What Laxmi is — and isn’t

Laxmi is a market-intelligence and research assistant. It does not provide investment advice, buy or sell signals, portfolio management, or assured returns. Anything Laxmi or this Site surfaces is for information and research only. Markets carry risk; decisions and their outcomes are entirely yours. We are not your financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Early access & waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a place in any cohort, a particular timeline, pricing, or that the product will launch with any specific feature. Early-access features are provided “as is” and may change or be withdrawn.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Site; or
• submit false information or someone else’s personal data without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, the Laxmi and Moneyfolio names, logos, content, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that any information is accurate, complete, or timely. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneyfolio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information it provides.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
